After graduating from law school, Chris Palermo, ESQ. joined the Law Firm his two brothers Edward Palermo and Steven Palermo had created several years earlier. Chris immediately established the Family Court department at the law firm. Since then Chris Palermo has exclusively limited his practice to the field of Matrimonial and Family law.
Since 2003, Chris Palermo has handled hundreds of Divorce and Family Court matters. He has extensive experience with all types of cases. Including Divorce, Child Support matters, Child Custody Cases, Orders of Protection, Neglect matters involving Child Protective Services, paternity, adoptions, and Supreme Court post-judgment enforcement and contempt matters.
Chris takes a caring yet forceful approach to his practice, which has enabled him to effectively aid hundreds of New Yorkers going through significant and turbulent changes in their personal lives. He is always looking to obtain the quickest and most cost effective path to obtain an optimal result for his clients. However, sometimes forces align making it necessary for him to utilize his superior trial skills, which have been honed over years of trying hundreds of cases throughout the various Supreme and Family Courts of New York State.

Riley T. Perry is a partner at Palermo Law, P.L.L.C and has been an attorney for the firm since 2016. Riley has been an extremely valuable member of the firm. While at the firm Riley has continued her concentration on Divorce and family law. She has handled hundreds of various cases in all areas of Family Law. However, the vast majority of her caseload involves representing individuals in contested divorce matters and couples going through divorce mediation.
Recently, Riley distinguished herself by being awarded from Super Lawyers the prestigious Rising Stars of 2019 for Excellence in practice. Riley is known throughout the local Supreme and Family courts as a tireless advocate for her clients. Riley received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts. Where she was a starter for the women’s varsity lacrosse team for four years, as well as team captain. Thereafter, Riley attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
Riley specifically handles all types of cases including divorce, child support, child custody cases, orders of protection, Family Court matters and Supreme Court post judgment enforcement and contempt matters.
Riley is admitted to the bar of the State of New York. She is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Matrimonial and Family Law Committees.
