Chris Palermo,ESQ., has been a partner at the law firm Palermo Law, P.L.L.C. since 2004. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Villanova University in 1996, he then attended Touro College School of Law, where he received his law degree in 2001.
After graduating from law school, Chris Palermo,ESQ. joined the Law Firm his two brothers Edward Palermo and Steven Palermo had created several years earlier. Chris immediately established the Family Court department at the law firm. Since then Chris Palermo has exclusively limited his practice to the field of Matrimonial and Family law.
Since 2003, Chris Palermo has handled hundreds of Divorce and Family Court matters. He has extensive experience with all types of cases. Including Divorce, Child Support matters, Child Custody Cases, Orders of Protection, Neglect matters involving Child Protective Services, paternity, adoptions, and Supreme Court post judgment enforcement and contempt matters.
Chris takes a caring yet forceful approach to his practice, which has enabled him to effectively aid hundreds of New Yorkers going through significant and turbulent changes in their personal lives. He is always looking to obtain the quickest and most cost effective path to obtain an optimal result for his clients. However, sometimes forces align making it necessary for him to utilize his superior trial skills, which have been honed over years of trying hundreds of cases throughout the various Supreme and Family Courts of New York State.

Riley T. Perry has been an Associate with Palermo Law, P.L.L.C., since 2016. Riley received her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, manga cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2012, where she was a starter for the women’s varsity lacrosse team for four years, as well as team captain. Thereafter, Riley attended the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2015. During her time at Hofstra Law she was a member of the Hofstra Law Review where she served as an Associate Editor.
Throughout law school Riley immersed herself in the field of matrimonial and family law, both inside and outside of the classroom. She has held countless legal internships in various matrimonial law firms, which gave her first hand legal experience prior to graduation. In addition, she also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Jeffery A. Goodstein of the Matrimonial Law Center, Nassau County Supreme Court.
Riley specifically handles all types of cases including divorce, child support, child custody cases, orders of protection, Family Court matters and Supreme Court post judgment enforcement and contempt matters.
Riley is admitted to the bar of the State of New York since 2016. She is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Matrimonial and Family Law Committees.
